Oh, woeful DVD player! I am stuck in the dark ages and have mine on ye olde video cassette (my excuse is that I bought it over ten years ago and DVDs weren't made then *g*)

I was in Liverpool the other week and found shiny new copies of them that I just could not leave without. God, going to Liverpool during Beatles week was not a good move on my part, I just wanted to buy everything.

Yes, that is just the perfect description. I just love how wicked his sense of humour was, and how he could totally get away with it because he would just smile that gorgeous perfect smile afterwards and everything would be forgiven.

Am trying to decide whether to spend tomorrow making Help! screencaps or pretty new icons. Or maybe I should make pretty new icons out of Help! screencaps...

The last time I went shopping I kept passing all of these places with t-shirts in the window and even though I already have about four I just couldn't resist another one. It really is a paradise there, isn't it?

*nods* I sometimes wonder why Cyn stayed with him so long, considering the things he did, but then I see a picture of him grinning and I'm reminded how magnetic he was, even via a phot; in real life it must have been a thousand times stronger. Paul said everyone loved him and looked up to him, I can well imagine it.

Same here; I've loved them for years, but I'll go through spurts listening to them. With the media surrounding the release of Rock Band and the remastered albums, I've been watching the Anthology and even my VHS tape of Two of Us, heh (ever seen that? it's my Beatles guilty pleasure).

I went to Liverpool stupidly having forgotten that it was Beatles week, so ended up spending way too much money as just about every shop I went in had huge displays of shinies and my resistance can only stretch so far XD So that just totally rekindled my Beatles love.
And I've never seen that, will have to investigate.
