HOW SO CUTE RAFA?
I wasn't gonna post any of the trophy ceremony pics coz they make me sad, but... god dammit, they're too cute. They've broken me. I may never be fixed.
Oh Raf, you're the only person who had the slightest chance of fixing him even a tiny bit in that moment. After that first attempt at the speech he looked like we were never gonna see him smile again. But the moment Rafa got on that podium he went straight to Roger and made sure he was ok. Then he walked over, grabbed his trophy, and went straight back to Roger and gave him the biggest cuddle and within seconds Roger was smiling again (tho obviously the tears were still there)
uhhhh... where exactly is Roger's hand going? The ass grabbing was bad enough (and it looks like Rafa's going for a (slightly subtler than normal) grope there too), but... seriously Roger? ILU boys. Never change.
This post confuses me. Coz on the one hand, it's really really sad coz even tho Rafa's done a brilliant job of cheering him up, Rogi still looks so sad. But on the other hand, god dammit they're too cute, and I just love how Rafa didn't even hesitate to go to him when he saw he was hurting.

on 2009-02-01 08:52 pm (UTC)He started trying to make his speech but his voice kept cracking every time until he said "God this is killing me" and couldn't carry on and they had to get Rafa up there to give Roger time to collect himself which didn't happen until he had cuddles from his boy and then he gave Rafa all the praise in the world in his speech and then Rafa did his speech which started with "I'm sorry" and I DIED. I cried from beginning to end and I just wanted to climb into the tv and hug them both forever.
