Oh Rafa. I want to just cuddle him forever, I've never seen him look like that. But you know, it had been over 5 hours of giving his all, he had three match points, he was so close to playing his BF for the first time in 6 months getting to his first HC Slam final.

Ohhhhhh I so can't wait for Sunday. It's going to be magical.

While I was watching this, particularly his lost/crying/I-want-my-mummy face, I got the sudden urge to jump into the livestream, hug him, plant a kiss on his forehead and say "vamos Rafa!". For some reason he incites in me some serious motherly feelings, and I am friggin 19 years old. Awww Rafa. I love this man too much.

I know what you mean. For that one tiny moment, this 6ft1, 22 year-old athlete known for his incredible physical and mental strength... look like a junior about to play his first real tournament. It just BROKE me.

Yup, I cried too. I was literally shaking by that point, and I had to put my laptop on the other side of the room for fear of killing it with flail when he won.
